The current state of real estate? Wild/Wacky/Good/Bad/Ugly/You Name It, and my wonderful clients are still buying and selling successfully! (We sometimes just have to be a little more creative.)

My name is Wendy Burroughs, and I work with ALL types of buyers and sellers, local, national and international; time zones are never a factor. I sell some of the most beautiful properties in the Seattle area, primarily Bainbridge Island and the Kitsap Peninsula.

I moved to Bainbridge Island over 20 years ago in 1986 because of the unique characteristics this island provides: the enriched, laid back, intellectual lifestyle, the Bainbridge Island School District (always one of the most highly ranked in the state), and the proximity to the world class city of Seattle.

Having always been interested in homes and gardens, real estate was a natural transition for me as my children grew up (both BHS grads currently attending university), and I love working one-on-one with people to find or sell that perfect home.
